1. About Barmilko

We are a premium handcrafted ice cream brand based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, making 33 flavours in small batches using real fruit, premium dairy and fresh nuts. Products are manufactured under FSSAI License No 22724104000312 and delivered via a temperature-controlled cold chain.

2. Using the App

You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login details confidential, and to use the app lawfully without disrupting the service or harming others.

3. Orders

Orders can be placed in the app or on WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only after our team acknowledges it, verifies availability and shares the final amount and delivery slot. Please re-check flavour, pack size and address before confirming.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. We currently accept Cash on Delivery and UPI at delivery; online payment will be added in the future. The amount confirmed before dispatch is the amount you pay.

5. Delivery & Cold Chain

We deliver across Lucknow in insulated transport. Timings are estimates and may shift due to traffic or weather; we keep you informed of any delay. Please store ice cream at -18°C or lower immediately on receipt.

6. Allergens

All flavours contain milk and milk solids; many contain nuts and some may have soy/gluten traces. Please inform us of any allergy before ordering.

7. Cancellations, Refunds & Replacements

Orders can be changed or cancelled before dispatch. Melted, damaged, wrong or missing items are covered by our Refund Policy.

8. Bulk & Event Orders

Weddings, parties and corporate orders follow a separate written quotation and may require an advance.

9. Intellectual Property

The Barmilko name, logo, flavours and app content are protected. Unauthorised commercial use is not allowed.

10. Liability & Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid. These Terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow.
