Shipping & Delivery Policy

Effective date: September 1, 2026  ·  Cold-chain ice cream delivery across Lucknow.

1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver within Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Some distant areas may require a minimum order or a longer slot — always confirmed before you pay.

2. Cold-Chain Delivery

Every order travels in insulated, temperature-controlled transport so it arrives scoop-ready, even in Lucknow’s warm weather.

3. Delivery Time

We deliver within the slot confirmed on WhatsApp, typically 10 AM – 11 PM. Peak days may shift slots; we always keep you informed of any delay.

4. Delivery Charges

Free delivery on orders above ₹199. Below that, a small charge applies and is disclosed before payment.

5. Receiving Your Order

Be available at the address during the confirmed slot and move the ice cream to a freezer at -18°C immediately. We do not leave ice cream unattended.

6. Payment at Delivery

Cash on Delivery and UPI at delivery. Online payment will be integrated soon.
