1. Quality First
If your order arrives melted, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will replace or refund.
2. Eligibility
Items must be unused (sealed tubs) and reported on delivery day. Event orders follow agreed tasting/approval steps.
3. Process
Message us on WhatsApp with order details and evidence. Approved cases are processed via original payment method.
4. Timelines
Refunds typically reflect within 5-7 business days after approval. Replacements are prioritized in the next delivery slot.
5. Non-Refundable
Taste preferences after consumption, delays due to extreme weather/traffic, and damage after successful delivery are excluded.
